B-18C into 89ED
I have an 89 DX Hatch that I have a JDM B18C to put in. I have several questions that I can't seem to find answers for in the FAQs or other normal search function areas.
1. Is there a good how to on how to use the stock engine mounts and relocate the cars mounts to fit the engine (i.e. convert my ED bay to an EF bay)
2. Has anyone seen a write up on installing the clutch master cylinder in the ED to keep the Hydro cluch as I like the feel of a Hydro clutch ( also keep the engine bay cleaner looking)
3. The ECU (P73) that comes with the B18C is a OBDII? I thought the OBDII required that the CKF (crankshaft fluctuation sensor) be part of the sensor array and this motor does not have one.
4. Will the stock Axles fit my hubs and if not which ones should I use.
Feel free to answer any or all of the above
I think when done I will post a write up somewhere and place the link in the FAQ up top

1. Personally I would just go with some mounts from Hasport or a reputable company.
2. Again Hasport sells a kit to convert the cable to hydro
3. Which one does your ECU look like:

From top to bottom OBD2b, OBD2, OBD1, OBD0. I am assuming you meant P72 which can be OBD1 or OBD2. The P73 is for a 96-00 ITR. If your ECU looks like the OBD1 then it won't look for that sensor.
4.I'm not the best on axles. I just know on my 89 DX I used 90-93 LS integra axles and didn't have to replace my hubs.

I do have the P73 it is a 2000 Honda Type R (JDM Honda B18C) and it looks like the OBD2 listed in your picture.
I think I will go with the innovative mounts, but I am still thinking of ways to use the actual hydro clutch (junkyard trip tomorrow)
I will try and put the Type R axles in as I have a DX and the hubs should fit the axles with the dust covers removed
