Default Which axle to use!?!??!?!

Here is the situation:

91 civic si zc intermediate shaft.. which driver's side axle do I use?

Pretty sure you can use the teg D16A8/9's axle, or another dohc D series.

That is what I was thinking also. I just wasn't sure about splines on the hubs / knuckles

From what I know, the splines and diameters are all the same. The HF is the one that is screwed with a smaller diameter.

Ok, if you have a true DOHC ZC tranny you'll have to use the intermediate shaft it came with or an 89-91 B16A int. shaft. For axles you have to use any 90-93 integra axles. You CANNOT use any D-series axles at all with a DOHC ZC tranny at all, the spline endings are too small (in diameter) to fit into the ZC tranny differential.

100% true.. I just tried to mate up a zc shaft with a d series axle. Looks like I'll be making a custom axle and having the ZC shaft machined on the tranny end to see if I can make a half shaft.. blah.
