I'm getting all the parts together to do my swap and I bought a set of reman axles from autozone but it didn't come with any dampers on the axles. are they important and would it harm the engine or tranny in the long run. i dont care if its bad for the axles because they are life time warrantee.

I bought LS non-ABS replacement axles for my GSR swap from pepboys, the LS one that also was a non-abs axle didnt have a damper on it, Ive been running it for 2 years, no problems.
