Any 1994-2001 Integra axles will work fine. Also 99-00 Civic si axles and 1994-1997 Del Sol VTEC axles will work as well.
I see that you said that you mentioned a 4-door, so does it have ABS? Some 4-doors, EX coupes, and Si hatches came with ABS so make sure before you buy axles what type of car you have.
If you car doesn't have ABS then you can get either ABS or non-ABS axles and it won't make a difference in how they fit. ABS axles usually cost $10.00 more because of the ABS ring on them.
If your car has ABS then of course ask for ABS model axles.
Remember, the axles do not have to be for a GS-R specifically.
As far as where to get them goes, try any parts store that offers lifetime warranties like NAPA, Auto Zone, Advance, etc.
I'm currently running NAPA CCT axles which I've broken the right one once, but it was 1005 FREE to replace since i do my own labor.
