Default After swap...electrical problem

I just did a type r swap in my 98 EK. It seems to be running fine for the moment but every once in a while it seems like there is electrical problems. A few days after the swap, the alternator fuse blew so i had to get a jump at a gas station. tonight i heard some kind of weird noise like a electric type of noise. after that the lights started dimming everytime i would hit the gas or push the clutch in. same for the gauge cluster. It also seemed that the car was losing power when i would hit the gas. I shut it off for a while then cranked it back up and it seemed to be normal. Any ideas as to whats goin on with this. its getting on my last nerve. thanks

Check your alternator and see if it's putting out enough voltage. Sounds like what was happening to my car after my alternator died.
