Default 95 hatch b20 swap issues

95 dx hatch with a 2000 jdm b20b ls tranny

so here's my list of problems i need help with, if anyone has some input that'd be awesome!

-spedometer doesn't work, no CEL.....yet, the wires are in good shape and everything is connected

-lower radiator hose takes forever to heat up, I wired my radiator fan to a switch, but i'm thinking maybe it's my thermostat. the hose heats up but not nearly as fast or as hot as it should

-really hard to get it in and out of gear, maybe its my shift linkage, but it seems really stiff like it doesnt want to go into gear at all

-clutch pedal feels funny (not related to the swap, i know!) feels like maybe its the master cylinder, I already replaced my slave cylinder when that went out a couple months back, but there's no fluid leaking for under the pedal so i'm not 100% on that

Bump for ideas? I'm going to clean the conectors for the vss, and double check the shift linkage and I'll make an update after that

Speedometer an odometer worked fine, I changed out my flywheel and it stopped. The tach still works though. The radiator fan didn't work, I trouble shooted the problem and it was some ground wire that went through the fuse box under the hood to under the dash. So to save myself the headache I just wiring it to a switch do the fan turns on automatically when the battery is on
