Default 89-00 B16A all the same?

Hi

I just got a bare B16A block, I want to resleeve it, my questions is are all the B16A block the same JDM/USDM?

I will have to transer my crank from my 00Si to the 89-90 JDM block.

I have about 35K on the 00Si motor, do I need new bearings when I transfer it to to the new block?

are piston rings reusable?

Thanks

92+ jdm b16a have P30 pistons which puts out 10.4 CR while all usdm and pre 92 jdm b16a have pr3 pistons which puts out 10.2. dont ask me why. block is same.
i doubt you need new bearings and im sure pistons rings are reuseable.
someone correct me if im wrong.
