the lights are different, it wont fit in your bumper unless you get 98+ bumper and lights. wiring should be plug and play if you get the engine harness. also, if you want to run the itr ecu, you will need an ecu jumper obd1 to obd2.

the plugs on the obd2 ecu are not the same as the obd1 harness (on the inside of the car) you need the jumper to convert the obd1 wiring into the obd2 ecu.

How much should one expect to pay for the new bumper and lights? I am interested in this. Minus cost of paint ... lets say the color matches.

I would look into other engine options as well. Alot of hybrid newbies automatically gravitiate toward the ITR motor since it has the highest power output stock. But if you have to pay retail for this motor, you would likely be better off performance-wise if you go some other route. One is a GSR motor. This motor will cost quite a bit less. And if you spend the money you have left over on modding the motor, you can definitely have something better than a stock ITR motor. The other is an LS/VTEC or CR-VTEC. It would be cheaper to properly build one of these motors than buy an ITR. Especially the LS-VTEC, since you already have the block. And either of these motors will have more power and torque than an ITR. Especially the CR-VTEC. Finally, you can go H22A. With a Hasport kit, this motor will drop into your 1994 Integra. It will produce about the same power with MUCH more torque than the ITR (or any other Honda motor, for that matter). And it has tons of potential.

not to mention the 00 ITR ecu has the immobilizer so its pretty much useless.
