Winshield Wiper Problem
Ive got an 02 s2k, and when I turn off the wipers, they stop whereever they were, and dont return to the down position. I have to time it just right to get them to be all the way down. Any idea what would cause this? Is there a relay that could be the problem? Thanks for any help.
