Where is the ecu or computer for a 2002 S2000 located?

near the dead pedal, take out the panel that has the sticker on it telling you which fuse is which and its in the top right corner

Its in the trunk, they put it in thre so people wont want to steal them. Its under the Conv top tray. Look there

i was really refering to the comment about the "trunk/Convertible tray", im guessing that was meant to be a joke, it just threw me originally.
