wheels
yes I have searched around this site, and the rest of the net, and I am in need of some new tires, right now I have Sumitomo or some **** like that on, which after having to patch them several times, I have decided they suck soo... for the people who daily drive thier cars, and do not live where it snows, and have aftermarket wheels, what kind of tires are you guys running?? I live in Houston, but will be in San Antonio most of the year, so I need tires that are pretty good all around, this is my daily driver, I do not track my car, and price isn't a barrier here. thanks
Besides considering the brand and model of tire, you should also consider the dealer. The service after sale is vitally important to me. I've been only using Toyo tires the past 10 years (T1-S, RA-1, Dueler AT) because of great dealer support. I get honest opinions, free rotation, free flat repairs, and competitive pricing.
Every brand has some weak models, usually for economy or high milage. All Season tires are too much of a comprimise IMO. A "performance" tire from a major brand (Bridgestone, BFG, Michelin, Kumho, etc.) should be fine.
