Default wheel scrape

So I let my friend borrow my car for a few days while I'm on vacation and he is going to put on my new Invidia exhaust, and when I get my car back from him, the exhaust is on and sounds great, but I now have a nice new scrape on my rear passenger wheel. Is there an easy DIY way to get rid of a small scratch that was probably from a curb, or would I be able to take it to a wheel place (discount tire...etc.) and have them fix it. Thought I had seen a thread like this a while back, but couldn't seem to find it. Maybe not on this forum. Thanks
