will rims of 16x7, 16x8 and offset of 37 fit on an s2000?

yes they'll fit.

but there numerous ways it can, but its all up to you. If you gona be lowered, you would have too...

1) Roll Fenders +camber you can do a 235/245 in the rear. I say a 245 beacuse of the 8" wheel, a 235 will not stretch so its pointless.

or....

2) Stretch a 225 on that rear and some minor negative cameber, you it shoudl clear with ease.

BTW, what wheels are you getting? Seems like some old school JDM fresh wheels
