What would your first mod be?
My first serious mod on the NSX was to redo the suspension.
I got a K&N intake, but that was more for the sound more than anything else.
I got Koni adjustable shocks, Eibach Pro Springs, and Dali Street/Race Sway Bars.
Now looking back, I would have use H&R springs instead of Eibachs, but other than that I'm totally happy.
Next major mod is headers for me.

the mods you suggest are all good quality stuff. that said, i don't consider any of the bolt-ons to be good performance upgrades, realative to the price you pay. for example, look at the dynoplot for a stock s2k vs. full mugen exhaust:

barely a 3 ps (conversion?) gain for what? close to 3 grand??? not exactly great bang-per buck.
cams and/or turbo's great if you don't mind losing the warranty on an engine that revs to 9k(!) rpms. tanx but no tanx.
suspension mods may help slightly but most st00k owners who race cannot agree on what setup works best...many still prefer stock. besides which, your average driver will never know the damned difference since few of us can drive the car to 8/10ths, let alone 10/10ths.
if you're gonna autox and want to remain AS legal, most if not all of the mods listed will bump you into a higher class, i.e. a class you dun wanna be in.
tanx for listening,
speedy, who can't understand why a good car is never good enough

Take the car to a driving school and learn how to drive it. I can't tell you how many times I get a person that "knows how to drive" and then freaks out when you tell them they should be at 115mph in this corner not 85mph.....
