VTEC Controller

My brother got a VTEC Controller installed in his car today, but he doesn't know how to use it. Could anyone help please? Thanks.

this doesnt sound like the outcome is going to be good.

everyone should know about the parts before they install them. if a shop installed it for him, then they should have went over all the functions with him

His going to take it to a place called Hondata to set it for him, how
much of a difference can this thing make?

Since when does hondata tune apexi products? And doesnt he need a vafc? And not a avc-r?
