Default Tranny binding ?

Well the tranny is completely seperated from the block with more than 1/2 an inch around the whole thing. The only problem is it's binding on something, and we can't figure out how to unbind it. Has anyone ran into this problem ? I've tried multiple pry bars to pry the tranny back. It just goes back a certain distance, and stops wont go any further.

I've taken the airbox, heat shield, header, cat, propellar shaft, sensors, wires, bolts, starter, altenator, subframe, and just about everything else. I've ran out of ideas so I've ordered a helms to try and help.

Suppose to be one of the best cars Honda has built. I think it's the worst to work on hands down. Everything was made to be a pita

I figured since this is an S2000 forum. I would get a more direct answer to my question.

To get the tranny off you have to jack up the front of the engine to tilt the tranny downward a little. It's probably getting held up by the firewall.
