THIEVES GO TO HELL
Damn man, once you get your insurance setup to replace the things, get yourself a nice set of aftermarket wheels, and invest in some good wheel locks...even if you go stock again, get locks...cheap and good security.
that looks like a gated community too? well at least like a newly built nice area community...at least they didn't rip a hole into your top and steal the whole thing

I normally keep the car in the garage but the last few days I've been lazy to move her in and out because of the dogs (no they are not guard dogs) in the garage. No, I did not have wheel locks on her and this is a nice area so who would think something like this would happend. WRONG! never let your guard down, not even for a second. I used to be very paranoid and careful with the ITR. I guess I will have to do the same for the S. Damn thieves.
I am so pissed off right now but at least I am able to get new wheels TODAY and put them back on her and put her in a safe place before they come back and get the rest. The insurance company is pretty nice to let me get the rims now and reimburse me back later.
I know with the $ they are going to pay me for the OEM, I could get some very nice aftermarket rims, but I really do like the look of the stock rims so I am going for stock. Beside, I don't want to take the chance of leaving her there while I am waiting for the aftermarket rims
Cost
Rims
Tires
Center caps
Lug nuts
Wheel Locks
Total $3,500
At least the front bumper is not sitting on the ground but the front suspension is. Seems like they were really gentle with her and not made a sound, otherwise, my dogs would know it and bark.

That's for the OEM wheels? For that price you can get a set of Volks and nice tires. And wheel locks.

You do drive your car around, and you'll never expect when they'll get you. Lucky the car was at home..

I know that. I have to have those wheels NOW because I HAVE TO be out of town and I can't afford to leave her out there like that and I may not even have a car when I come back.

You're in CA--I'm sure there are lots of people selling their wheels that'll fit on there for now (AP1's, especially). You can pick up a set of AP1's AND AP2's for $1200. The rest, you can do with what you want.
