Default Tein Flex for S2000

Does anyone have the Flex's for the S yet? With or without the EDFC. I want to see the clearance. i was thinking of buying some in the very near future. Its between those and the Spoon Showas, i think that's the name of the spoon coilovers it has slipped my mind right now. I did a search already to see if any has them yet on HT. Dont tell me to go to S2ki, been there. Teins i kinda sway me cause of the EDFC and the clearance in the rear for manual adjustments would suck, no room from the gas line.

i have i have.. i love the edfc.. it's sweet... the adjustments of the dampening is easy... the adjutment of height is also easy... the edfc mechanism that goes on top of the struts barely fit under the gass lines in the back drivers side.. the rest of them have plenty of clearance... i've got my s dropped about an inch a 3/4 to about 2 inches.. haven't completely measured it as of yet. cause i've only had it on for about 2 to 3 weeks now...waiting for the springs to settle.... i'm getting it alligned on saturday.....any other questions feel free to ask...

ohh installation is quite simple.. and wiring the edfc is very simple..... i got my edfc mounted where the coin/ash tray thing is behind the cup holder.... i've got pics if you want.. just need your email address... only modification you have to do there is cut the holder a little so the edfc will fit all the way down.. other then that quite simple.. it took about 4 hours to do in total, and that without knowing how to wire things till you start stripping the car down..

I also remember somewhere i think its on here but some guy called the EDFC a "ricer's playtoy" I thought to myself "what a moron hating on everything." I dont know about you guys but im a tweek freek. I like to get things perfect and always having to pop my hood and my trunk to adjust my shocks, kinda sucks. Compared to the EDFC, of course if you dont have adjustables to begin with, no sucking. I think its handy. What if your girl only likes a stiff ride outside of your car..."Hey baby watch this!" Boom!! Soft for your pleasure.

Um no, the EDFC was designed for tuned suspensions IE lots of time behind the wheel ect. Not to randomly switch for blind dates.

The springs set the suspension rates the dampening control only sets how fast and long the shocks react to them nothing more.

I have the Tein Flex with the EDFC. I'm very happy with it.

Easy install.
Excellent craftmanship
Performane is top notch.
EDFC is too easy to use. Very pratical for daily driven cars.

S2ki.com has tons of post including DIY for install, pics, reviews, and group buys!

I have it on my Civic. Does that count ? I do love how easy it is to use teh EDFC though. I'm planning on getting an S2000 soon and will try to use the EDFC on it. With my luck it's most likely the wrong model # for Type Flex for the S2000 . So I'll end up having to buy it again.

i think the back motors are different for the S because of the gas line, unless they just made all the motors smaller now. They didnt work before.

The part number on their website and the part number on the box I have are the same so I'm assuming they work.
