teaser pics!!!!
This is the look you should stick with...

Nice wheels....OEM lip...looks good there.
The ghey Cusco cage...blinging blue wheels...and the phat JDM y0! harnesses on stock seats for a street car aren't cool to me. But if that's your style; ride on brother.

Well, for one, A Cusco cage is made out of an inferior aluminum. I would not have one in my car.
Second, a roll CAGE in a street car is overkill, as well as very dangerous.
See that har going over the drivers head, and the bar going caross the top of the windshield? That can be fatal, given the right accident. It is not worth it to have in a street car, unless you want to look ghey wearing a helmet everywhere you go.
And besides, why would you want to have your harnesses attached to a MOVABLE object anyways? Defeats the purpose of having them. And there again, the combination of a cage, and harnesses in a street is a potentially fatal situation.

So do you disagree with the fact that the Cusco cage is made of inferior material and is not safe in a street car? If so, please defend yourself.
I'm all for everyone having their own opinion and debating about it, but atleast back your story up.

No, I'm by far from an expert. But I do speak from experience.
When I had my wreck in my GS-T, I had a custom 6 point cage with a roof bar. And when I whacked my head on it in a frontal impact, It did not feel that great.
So when you learn that a roll CAGE with no helmet is a bad mistake, come talk to me.
Notice I said CAGE. This is a cage:

This, is a roll BAR:

There is nothing wrong with a roll bar in a street car, because there is no chance of smashing your forehead on an immovable aluminum bar.

Okay, and if you didnt hit your head on a bar, what would you have hit your head on..? Oh yes, that other hard part that holds the windsheild in place.
The cage is better than none, not as good as some.
And yes, if your buying a s2000, you obviously care about looks. So cusco is attractive buy.

I know this has long since been over topic wise, but I dont think you quite understand that an S2000 is a god damned death trap. The front window likes to caves in upon roll, hence how the cage is designed. Granted it can be dangerous for street driving but the trade off is somewhat worth it.
Inferior aluminum? I wouldnt say chromoly is inferior...
O and function? haha fool, putting in a roll cage in an S2000 is almost the best suspension mod you can do.
Colors dont match but I like the idea is there
