that's the speed s2000. Science of Speed sells SPEED products. SPEED and spoon stuff is basically the same.

what race series do these cars race in? I am always seeing them posted on here, but never hear of any of the races they run.

They run in Super Taikyu Class4. Check out http://www.so-net.ne.jp/s-taikyu/index.html for more info and some great racing footage.

SPEED is Not Owned or built by Spoon. The Car was Raced a few times and had some better laps than Spoons own car So Spoon contacted SPEED, And they are working together somewhat (On the car and Racing) The lap Difference was mostly because of their Driver Not the Car.

Some SPEED Parts are similar to look and design as Spoons but they are not Identical Nor are they the same.

Spoon/TypeOne preped Speed Inc S2000

Hi guys, I've seen this car in person.
the car is a Speed Inc S2000 prepared by the Spoon racing preparation division named TypeOne.

This picture was taken at the Spoon Showroom in tokyo

Spoon/TypeOne prepares a number of customer S2000 for Endurance races in Japan. Cars such as C-West S2000 and many others are preped by Spoon

I hope this is beginnig to make sense.
