Hey everybody I have a question that may seem stupid but Ive been looking for where to purchase and what Brand this is considering that it looks like it would be part of a side skirt but not? ill post the picture with what I'm trying to figure out... Im thinking about picking up a Seibon CF OEM Style Lip and wanted something that would possibly match with out going to extravagant sry if this question has been asked i couldnt find an answer.

Those are OEM side strakes from Honda. Retail for $380 or so and come color matched.

that same photo inspired me to buy the full OEM Ap2 kit.

 

And where did you get that at? and how much

 

If by ap2 kit he means full ap2 everything, then it's quite a bit of money. You can source out used parts on s2ki and eBay, and there's a ton for sale. Those oem strakes, though, are a bit tough to come by.

I paid $300 for a brand new bumper unpainted, $380 for oem strakes, $300 for oem lip, and that's not including headlights, rear bumper, taillights, and rear spoiler.

 

I have a 2000 ap1 like I was saying I was thinking about the seibon cf OEM style lip and that's like 380-450 I have the lip spoiler already just need something to pull it all together

yeah, mine was all second hand, sourced by a friendly fella on here, and shipped all the way to little old NZ

 

If I can find a OEM lip for the right price I'm all for it still doing research for now

 

side strakes are such a waste of money and look tacky imo.

 

i like them but only if i have a front lip of some sort i wouldnt use the strakes with a stock bumper thats for sure

 

personlay think u need fat wheels to pull them off other wise it looks worse with them than without

 

im not a big fan of them either...but i also think AP1's look cleaner than AP2's and most of the time i see the side strakes, theyre on AP2s

 

this is true!! anybody know where and if i can get an OEM Style Lip that isnt cf? new if possible? i wont throw out the idea of CF its def an option if thats all i have left =P looking for an OEM Style Hardtop also...
