a s2k
ok i am looking to get a s2k the one i found is a 2000 low miles around 30k. 18 wheels. nice rubber, vis cabon fiber hood. custom exhaust, aem intake, and lowering springs. the price is 18k and and im thinking about getting a loan for around 25 and getting parts with it. since he also ownes a speed shop. i want direct port nitrous nad a race turbo kit. to get things on a roll. well what im asking is.... is this a good deal? so on and what else would be needed on a boosted s2k other then the essencials ie. turbo timer, fuel upgrade, boost controler. ignition. so on?
i need something to copletely put my evo9 mr, my hayabusa and eclipse gt to shame. i love rwd love convertibles and love drifting. which none of that is with the evo or eclipse.

your not going to be able to put the EVO MR or Busa to shame man
s2k is a great car, but you should really learn to drive and appreciate it for what it is before you go mod crazy.

well the evo cant be driven more then about 2k miles a month and the s2k will be a daily driver. plus the evo is currently not street legal. it will be shorly. but not right now(theres no inspection sticker. if there was then it would be legal) plus its more of a show car for my company to help promote. it will be at some HIN shows and will be at tuner bash and more since some time in the next couple months its going back out and getting race preped to a whopping 1000hp. and the busa is well just a busa nothing fancy no turbo kit no nitrous no nothing just stock. i only ride it a couple days a month (so far) so theres no need to mod it. but it is getting a killer paint job
If you had a turbo car now, youd know that turbo timers, ign's, and boost controllers are not essential. There are a lot more essential things you need first, and nitrous is a bad idea. And so is getting a loan for more than the car that your going to blow up.

is AMS even hitting over 1,000ho with their Evo? how you going to achieve that?

idk exactly what is going in the car but slow boy racing is building it and said thats its not leaving their shop unless its got 1000hp because i said i will put their logo on it for doing it. but im still paying for only the parts used in the car. if something breaks they got it covered. they said im looking at about a month to tune and get everything right and about $30k for parts

Because it seems you dont know enough about boost. You want to use this car as an everyday driver, you are adding nitrous, and 7 grand isnt enough to make all that work safely together. A good basic turbo setup good for 300whp is going to cost you 7 grand without install or tuning. 300whp is just a tiny bit short of hayabusa performance levels.

All in all boost is more expensive in the end with the correct tuning n upgrades.
I have got $4000 waitin to be spent on boost, and i know more money is needed if i want it to be done right!
Rev can you list your setup for me?

i would think our car needs alot more than 300whp to match hayabusa perfomance levels
