Default s2000 radiator differences

Trying to find out if are there any differences in s2000 radiator thru the years. I have checked some of the sites online and the part numbers are different, but from pictures I do not see any differences.

Are there differences from 2000-03 or 2004-05 and so forth.

The only difference is the fan switch plugs. The bung is larger on the pre-DBW radiators, both AP1 and AP2. (Meaning not all AP2's have the same radiator.) The DBW temp sensor uses a smaller bung. You can get an adapter (Koyo dual core radiators require an adapter for the MY06+ cars); Koyo dealers may have the adapter in stock; otherwise you can use a differential drain plug and drill it out, tap it for the smaller sensor and it works just fine. The threading on the diff drain plug is the same as on the MY00-MY05 fan switch bung; and the threading on the DBW sensor is the same as on the radiator drain plug for all years. Other people have just extended the wire length going to the sensor and used the radiator drain plug bung in the bottom center of the radiator to house the smaller DBW temp sensor, and then used the larger AP1+ fan switch bung, with a plug, to drain the radiator.

MY00-05 fan switch is M17x1.5, 06+ is M10x1.25.
