Default S2000 offset question

I'm planning to pick up some rims tonight for my S2K and the seller said the specs are 17x7 +35 and 17x8 +52. tires are 215/45/17 245/40/17. would i have any issues on the offset? thanks for the input

it will work no issues other then ride height and tire design... fronts might need a lil fold...

actually, i would worry just a bit about the fronts. the rears will be perfect.

on my 03 i had 17 by 7's in the front +48 offset w/215's, lowered on eibach pro kit(1 inch). it would only rub on large dips/bumps on turns. considering your front offset is going to be +35, i'm sure you will experience some rubbing. you wouldnt want to mess with too much neg. camber in the front, and not sure how you would roll the front fenders, maybe pulling the liner out?
