A shop here in quebec did almost a complete S2000 conversion to a civic, I'll look if I can find pictures of it anywhere..

WTF I know being diff is a pretty big thing if your a civic owner but your going in the wrong direction. Why wont you just keep the body stock dump it on some coilovers and make it into a 12 second sleeper???
I admire people in the show car circuit, especially the money and the effort it takes to actually win these modern day shows. Without wild body mods, crazy lighting effects, and humongous chrome wheels, nobody would bat an eye at these cars.
To the original poster.....That said, Honda-tech is probably not the best place to ask as most members here are into the clean look or having fast cars. Also, some advice.....as you or anyone else can probably figure out, anything is possible with money. As the 2nd poster proved, there was a Civic with S2000 headlights.
1. Most good body shops are able to fabricate just about anything....at a cost.
2. Attend your next show and ask car owners what work they did, where they had it done, and how much it cost.
3. Remember, you have a Civic. It's a lot more cost effective to save for bigger and better things. If you want to throw on a turbo kit for $2000 just to have fun while you're young, go ahead. I admit, it's damn fun. But if you want to spend upwards of $10K+ with wild paint jobs and body modifications, in the end you'll have a car with no added value, and you can't even sell the parts. At least you can Ebay the turbo after you're done with your fun.
Okay...I'm done.

Never said that the civic was nice though lol I discussed with the owner once and we argued for about 1 hour on the value of his car, in the end he was proved wrong cause its been two years now and he's still trying to sell it...
