Your least expensive option is to have a local shop with a decent welder fab. something up for you.

http://performanceandspeed.com/store....php?cPath=569

Prob. 2.5" ?? I dont know what your sizing is, but Im sure its simple to find out.

Id say this option will have you up and open header for ~$320 ?

The search does not suck... It works quite well actually. Try using quotes " ".
This topic has just not really been covered here. Why? Because it's a complete waste of time on almost any N/A mildly modified car, especially the S2000. NA cars need back pressure to make power. I would be willing to bet if you did this on the S2000 you would see a significant LOSS in power.

theres an FG2 here in miami with i/h/e a 2.5 E cutout and flashpro, making the most power out of any FG2 in miami it does gain power with the right bolt ons.

That's because Kseries need 3" exhausts. I made 228/166wtq Kpro tuned/crap dc sports header/3" mandrel bent exhaust that's it.

The F series out of the S2K is already very finely tuned to get around 240hp out of a 2.0L 4 cyl. from the factory(pretty impressive if you think about it)!

So just bolt ons won't really do much for it.

k series are restricted, detuned, and its HP is under estimated from honda to begin with. with that being said, hp gains from boltons are significant.

You're better off just getting a real exhaust system.

hes got no money like he crashed the car, and he is trading on of his axle backs for a greddy evo2 from an ep3. if anything he can get the full exhaust done for 80 here what size should he go with?

The benefit is obviously an open exhaust flowing more.

Be careful though, I'm not sure you will like the noises an open exhaust HSO 4cylinder will make,.

I think you need to read everything that was stated above your post and learn more about the S2000.

Don't be a budget racer. Save your money and do things right. Although I have a feeling that Miami is another NY/NJ car scene.

I'm interested in seeing pics of your car to see if i'm right.
