Rollbar
One made of PVC is my ideal choice.
First, your question lacks necessary info such as:
- what do you need the rollbar for?
- do you race the car?
- do you mind losing seat travel or recline angle?
- how much do you want to spend?
If you're not into safety and just want it for looks, cusco.
If you like bling blue failbars, cusco.
If you have have described your car as hellaflush or proper, cusco.
If you are racing the car, a full custom cage.
Need a semi removable option, hard dog.
An ambiguous question like "what is the best..." isn't very helpful since the intent of the object defines the "best" option. Ie: what's the best car? Too vague to offer a proper answer.
In other words, ask the proper question and you'll be able to find better answers.

HardDog... Just google it... Bethesda garage makes them and others sell them also.
And if you sell it or if you think you need more protection, you can take it out and sell for about what you paid. Then go full weld in roll cage.

I would hop on the "you don't need it" bandwagon too... but if it's a reputable chromoly piece like the harddog, I'd say go right ahead. It looks good and for 4-600$ it's not the end of the world.
neon green harddog to match my turbo and valve cover... wait...
