Honda S2000's come STOCK with 16 inch wheels, so obviously 16 inch wheels will fit. Are you asking if it will fit, or will it look good? It will fit, and the looks are pure opinion. Take a look in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum, or the "Clean S2K" thread and see what you like. Take it from there.
