Rev meter
Hey guys! I don't know if it's only my S2k that is like this.
When I go out in the mornings to drive my honda, my rev meter only goes up to like 6 500 rpms, and then it stalls and I have to shift gears, but when the engine reaches it's normal temprature, then it will use all the 9000 rpms.
I don't know if its suppouse to be like that, btw my honda is a 2002 model.

Its the ecu controlling the vtec activation. I wouldn't drive the car hard until you reach atleast 2-3 bars of coolent temp on your guage. It will do the same thing if you have low oil level or pressure.

Let it reach operating temperatures before you rape it. The engine experiences pretty extreme rpms and stresses. It has been designed to handle it, but under certain conditions...such as with proper clearances and oil viscosities. These conditions aren't there until the thing reaches operating temperature.
