Hello there .. i am looking to get a 06 s2k real soon. Can you guys tell me

- what to look for when inspecting the car? (what are common issues are known etc/ how long does the rear tire is suppose to last - to show abuse or not, etc.)

- Also ive read that some s2k owners have this 10yr/100k mile warranty on their car. They supposedly bought it for 1600. Now can this warranty be purchased if you are the second owner? Or does it have to be the original owner like BMW makes it (to be CPO). Where can I purchase this warranty? (Just walk into any dealership).

Easy answer to one of your questions-- yes you can transfer the warranty. I paid like $40 to transfer it. I have about a year left on mine since it's a 2001.

 

The questions pertain more EXTEND the warranty say from a normal warranty to the extended 10yr/100k miles . Does it have to be the original owner to extend it?

 

ok found out honda care is only 6yr .. can that be extedned via anybody?

 

My extended care warranty is 7 years?

 

is it 7 year on top of the 3 year or 7 at in service date?
