my question is im wondering if i can fit 225/45/17 & 255/40/17 in the rear. will i rub? i saw a member http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php...ic=275447&st=0
s2kbrian said he doesnt rub, n is running 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in the rear.

i have half a finger in the rear.

reason why im asking is my gc coilovers didnt come in. i just thought i could get a quick answer, since i will try tonight.

 

Mainly depends on the offset of the wheel.

 

i cant believe i forgot the rim size, but here

17x7.5 +52 offset
17x8.5 +59 offset

 

even if you don't have much clearance, I would think you might be able to make slight adjustments with the GC coilovers to compensate.

You should be fine with those offsets

 

Yeah i agree, you should be fine with those offsets. However, the 225 for the front seems a little wide and i bet if you lower your car enough, you will get a little rubbing if you drive your car aggresively enough.

i dont think i would be to aggressive on my car. i tried it on, fits perfect. i cant wait for the spugen meet this weekend. any of you guys going?
