Default Problem with Turning light

My front left turn signal doesn't work.

I changed the bulb and also move the left to the right and it works in the right. so I am wondering because when I go to Canadian tire it said to use 7443 but when I took apart the asmbily it look like the wrong bulb.

so anyways one side work one side doesn't even fliping the bulb from left to right and right to left is it a wiring problem how can i fix it?

PS Left side turn signal and rear still works.
