You are going to have to try and be more clear about your problem. Is the car getting slow at 130km when at wide open throttle or just part throttle and normal operation condition. You can always trying taking off your intake and spraying some throttle body cleaner in as well as doing a sea foam treatment. Both of these products can be found at most automotive supply stores, or on the net.
thanx white smoke for your reply
the that problem come on normal driving, i will try the throtlle cleaner
but the honda mechanic say the problem from the TP sensor and that sensor bulid on the throttle body as a one pec and it is didnot come seprat it is come with the throttle body assy.
if the seluotion is cleaning then the mehanic will clean it but i donot thing so

DO NOT sea foam anything. that is absolutely the dumbest suggestion i have heard in a while. sounds to me like the techs you took it to diagnosed it as a faulty tps (throttle position sensor) if thats the case sea foam or cleaner will do nothing for it. honda recommends replacing the entire throttle body instead of just the tps sensor. you can actually probably adjust it and fix the problem. honda states they arent serviceable and in later years they started bolting the tps sensors on with tamper proof bolts (look like rivets) instead of torx bolts. the holes are still slotted for adjustment. i personally would first try adjusting the tps myself. Just slot the heads of the bolts with a grinder and back them out with a flat head screw driver. then replace the bolts with some the same size just with a different head.

I have sea foamed probably over 50 cars in my lifetime including ALL of my personal cars, some on more then one occasion. I even sea foam my 700HP B-series motor. There is absolutely NOTING wrong with this treatment and I recommend it to anyone. Just be sure you follow the directions and change your oil afterwords. I usually change my plugs afterwords as well.
