Unless I'm mistaken, I think it is held on by double-sided tape only. One of the local guys had one for sale recently and I don't recall seeing any holes or anything like that in it. I hope this helps.

Yup, and I just found this: http://www.suzukablue.com/gall...t_cap Looks like there's just a few strips of tape on it. Does that hold it on well enough, has anyone ever had issues of it coming off?
