ok so someone tapped my back bumper and some of the trunk and decided to get it painted, i am going to shave the rear emblem since i did the front emblem already and also wanted to paint the bottom molding of the ap1 bumper but didnt know how that would look. does anyone have any pics of the ap1 rear bumper painted on the bottom molding trying to see if its a good idea or not thanks

 

ok i found a pic what do you guys think? im getting my car painted next week and do you think the paint will hold up good does anybody have this painted

 

looks good - no idea on how it'll hold up.

 

here is mine and I have no problem with the paint at all. you just got to remember to wash under the bumper and dry it so you don't get water spots.

I think it makes a little bit more sense to have a front and rear lip paint. Now if the front lip wasn't paint then keep the rear lip black also

 

Well i decided to keep it black because i am getting the cr lip since i have an ap2 front bumper and the cr lip has a small molding at the bottom thats black and it will make more sense to match with the rear. Idk if you remember my car it was the one that was in an accident and i said im fixing it back to normal well its better then it was before i will make a thread soon with pics of before and after

 

But you cant see the front and back at the same time. But i would leave it stock. Contrast is good
