odometer question
hi s2k owners.
my question is the following:
when you press the km/miles button on the dash, the speed indicator changes from km to miles or vice versa, but does the odometer change too, or does it keep showing miles?
thanks

Re: odometer question (S2KILLA)
you people sure are nice. except for a couple of guys, everyone had a smart-*** answer. just great.
ok so it changes. tell that to the million of proud Americans who pressed the button and then frantically called the dealership complaining that their odometer doubled overnight (obviously the exact conversion factor would be variable by state, exponentially increasing with the distance from any coastline).
i would not have been surprised to see Honda add a "miles" sticker to the dashboard and not allow the odometer to change from one to the other. I've seen companies go to great lengths to accommodate the great American people's pride and unwillingness to go to a measuring system that actually makes sense...
so thank you to those who actually answered my question, and don't let yourselves be intimidated by a whole bunch of people who have nothing better to do than try to seem like they have a double-digit IQ.

is that IQ in standard or metric numbers?

Re: odometer question (GRAF-FITI)
standard always depends on which side of the fence you're looking from...
i'm sure there's some imperial unit for that too, and it's somehow related to the owner's brain's number of slugs...
