It's not Milano Red. Milano Red is a somewhat darker, tomato-ey red. The NSX red is a bright, slightly orange-ey red and uses a tinted clear coat.
1991-1999 NSX except Zanardi NSX: Formula Red, code R-77.
1999 Zanardi NSX and 2000-2002 NSX: New Formula Red, code R-510. (It's a different color from the Formula Red, but very similar.)
