Default need help with headlights

hey guys i bought a ap1 a couple weeks ago, its a 01. the last night i get into my car and turn on my headlights.. and i noticed that my driver side headlight is lighting up a pink color. mean while the passenger side is white/blue. i turn the lights off and turn them back on...when they first turn on its fine, but as the light warms up fully it turns pink. WTF?!? has anyone had this problem before?

Yeah, sounds like you have miss matched bulbs. I've never hear of one turning pink on it's own.

it could be that the bulb is going or the ballast can't ignite the bulb fully

Looks like it may have been a cheaper replacement that was on its way out. I always replaced both bulbs together just to eliminate any variations in color. They are a little pricey, but oem is the best option IMO

No need to pay OEM prices. 200$ a bulb is straight retarded! Just pick up some D2S bulbs of your choice. I always recommend a quality brand like Sylvania, PIAA, Philips, or Stanly.

You can buy the same bulb the dealer sells from a Stanly (I believe) dealer for MUCH less. Don't wast your $$ on the Honda markup dude. Even with the a discount I am sure it will not be cheaper then buying direct.

6k-8k is just the color basically the higher you go the less light you have i have 6ks and they look pretty good. why dont you take out your bulb thats working and swap it in to your other housijng to make sure its not your balast.

changing the bulbs in the s isn't the easiest of cars you have to pull down your liners in your front fenders i took my rims of as well it helped alot as its a cramped spot to work in.

you also need a special tool to open the housing ill see if i can find what it was called again.

Philips makes good bulbs, but if it were me I would probably go up a bit in temperature. I do not know what the factory bulbs temp is.
