I was looking to buy a Mugen front splitter, from the looks of the picture it appears that it will mount securly to the vehicle. Does anyone who has the splitter have any pics of the thing mounted, showing from underneath? I want to also mount it my self, possible or not? Thanks for any help on this subject, I really like the look of the Mugen but want to make sure that it is going to stay put, and is something I can put on my self as I will already pay someone to paint it.

Re: Mugen front splitter (camoy)
it's cake to mount.....there are holes in your stock bumper in which you will bolt the lip to the front underside....they line up perfectly...

there are 2 more about a foo btack on the crossbar to provide stabilization...

it takes about 10 min to install...i've had mine on and off about 4 times

i'm just waiting for mine to get ripped of by a pothole so i can buy the j's type s front and sides....

Thanks a lot for the reply, is yours painted to match your car? If so how well has the paint held up?

I just installed this splitter on Sunday. Very straight forward and solid. You can see the 8 mounting points here:
