Default More issues after alignment and brake work

So I just got my car back from the shop a few weeks ago after a either dealing with a dishonest or inexperienced mechanic. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-s2000-5/issues-after-brake-job-bearing-change-2745747/ Anyways when I got the car back there was some vibration under heavy acceleration (6-9k). I didn't think it was a big deal because I still had snow tires on the car and I was guessing it needed an alignment. I just got an alignment done with my new rear tires (Toyo T1R), I was expecting the problem to go away, however it didn't. It seems that the vibration is no as severe but it is definatly still an issue. I have done some research and searching on HT and it seems like the problem is most likely one of the axels (the car is not lowered). I had the left rear axel replaced with a re-manufactured one which I am guessing is the culprit. I did not notice the problem before I had all the work done but then again I don't think I hit 6k in the past 5 months since I had snow tires on and barely drove the car over the winter. Anyone have any ideas or could it just be the remanufactured axel?

The shop where I went for the alignment said they couldn't get the car exactly to the specs I wanted but got it pretty close, here's the specs they got the car to:

Front
Caster left 6.68
Caster right 6.72
camber left -.93
camber right -1.02
toe left -0.01
toe right -0.01
total toe -0.02

Rear
camber left -2.25
camber right -2.06
toe left 0.0
toe right -0.01
total toe -0.01

I gave the shop the specs for the UK alignment which I thought they got somewhat close. Could the alignment be the problem?

Thanks.
