Default Modifry products

Has anyone purchased a modifry product, or know anyone that has bought one, specifically a DCI for an alpine stereo, or done his mod to make his garage door opener work when he flashes his high beams. Just wanted to know if this stuff is reliable or if I am about to get scammed. The website is http://www.modifry.com
thanks

Modify is well respected in the S2k community. He attends and sponsors almost every large S2k event in the east. I have the DCI (works great), shift beeper (also works great) and organizer (very useful).

one more thing, on the DCI, was it difficult to install, I am not very good with cars, wires, etc. would it be easy for me to do with instructions, and/or would it be possible to take to a shop to do??

Any competent car stereo installer should have no problem with this piece. I found it was very easy to install myself.

*I used Alpine DCI W/ Alpine 9855*

if you look on the site, there are instructions you can print out. The wires are color coded. Also, moidifry sells a harness that will make things even easier. Just plug and play

I had a bit of a problem with shipping, as they forgot to ship it out for a week. But when I called them up, they apologized and sent it out overnight. I installed it myself, with no problems. I have not done any kind of stereo install before, but the instructions were pretty clear. Works great.

That high-beam garage door opener seems like a cool idea. I'll have to check it out.

There's a HUGE group of owners in TX that is really close knit and is willing to help new owners out with installs, advice, and anything else s2000 related.

There's a huge group in Austin and in Houston. Check them out over at S2KCA.com. They have very regular gatherings....I've met quite a few of the TX people. They are some of the best owners in the country (trust me, I've met my fair share over the 6 years I've had my S2000).

Ditto. I'm running his ECT gauge driver and Eclipse DCI.
