Default Mirror Shakes

I just gave my car a nice washing and waxing yesterday and notcied when I washed my mirrors that the drivers side was pretty loose and the passenger side was a little loose. How do you tighten them up? The last thing I want is to lose one at high speeds and have the damn thing torn off.

It's held on by two screws, you have to take the top part of the door panel off.
