Default A look into the future.....

Can anyone say twin injectors and direct port nitrous all in factory location?
Fully tuneable manifold, 2 plenums in the work (street version 3.5" good for 80mm throttle bodies) (race version, 4.25" good for 100mm thorttle bodies)

Instead of 8 bolts per runner to take off to change out and having to have custom machined new runners, you have 3 custom left hand right hand studs that will sandwhich the runners in place between the plenum and flange, things will be sealed off via viton O rings.

Runners will be made of carbon fiber tube for a nice bling factor and to help reduce heat transfer....

This is the first prototype I am looking at another 3 months before they are ready

As you can tell custom fuel rail will be in the works for it also
It will be a complete Package for the race flange (what is pictured, twin injectors with direct port) which will Include custom fuel rail, standoffs and a custom fuel rail made for the direct port nitrous that will run the fuel and nitrous through one rail and you will only have 2 inches of STRAIGHT line to run so that it keeps things very clean looking...

The Idea is you can order the complete street version that will still easily make 800 hp with proper injector and throttle body (single injector with no direct port bosses) then as you wish to upgrade you change out what you want....

Want to run 800 hp on methanol run the twin injector setup
800 hp on c16 run single and save some money

Idea is to have cut to length primaries and custom studs for $50 a set so that you can have plenty of possible race winning combinations that are easily swapped at the track or dyno (hey sometimes you just need that lower rpm grunt than the high rpm pull depending on track conditions....)

Looks a bit shrouded for the first and last ports. Nice fabrication, but is this really a product in demand?

good stuff james... having a CNC makes things soo easy...

why not move have injector placement up the runners to obtain better atomization??

Becuase that would require the use of a 2nd fuel rail
And custom made runners
I could easily do it but I am trying to build something that is completely tuneable with ease

As to the first and 2nd runners being shrouded, when I get finished with the plenum it will be flow tested so I will post up numbers when it gets back, till then I just coppied already working designs from the supra guys lol
BTW thats why its called prototype not final product DUH!

James, i see what your saying but i think it would be worth a shot to remove the factory location all together and move the injectors up the runners..... i have designs on paper for things like that for b series and f series set ups but i can only do so much with sheets and a tig...

I know the farther up the injector is the better the atomization

If you want the best you should mount the fuel rail inside the plenum with the injector pointed directly down the port but there is a fine line between what is best and what is possible to sell lol

BTW I will be running this exact manifold on mine minus it will have a race plenum

Another thing is I am looking at high production
The cnc mill chops this stuff pretty quick but it is alot of work in custom fab work so I am trying to get rid of that as much as that as possible (also coming soon billet cnc machine turbo manifolds ) basically I am tired of the super custom fab that I have been doing for so long and am now working at doing high production without having stuff made over seas or castings so I am working with what I have...

When the plenum is finalized and has been flow proven and track proven we are going to make our own stamping dies so that it will be just 2 halves to be welded together with the plenum plate and throttle body flange.

looks like a awsome manifold, can you make it with only 1 injector port, makeing it a little more practical
