keyless entry???
You're talking about the remote thing? Those are the same, just needs to be programmed. Only the receiver units in the car are different.

ok so do I program it?
turn the key to the on position (II), click lock and hold for a sec, do this within 5 seconds... repeat for 3 more times and they should click and stuff. i did that and it didnt work... i tried reprogramming my GSR using those instructions and it didnt work...

W4S = Within 4 seconds
1. Turn ignition to ON
2. W4S aim transmitter at Start button (where receiver is behind the dash), press lock or unlock.
3. W4S turn ignition OFF, then back ON W4S
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 three more times.
5. Confirm if you hear the sound of door lock actuators.
6. W4S hit the lock or unlock button again. Begin program mode.
7. Within 10 seconds, aim all transmitter that you want the receiver to store the codes for (up to two additional ones) at Start button and press lock or unlock.

9. Confirm proper operation of all transmitters.

ok, just went out and tried doing it and nothing happened... it didnt work, i tried with doors locked and unlocked and nothing... am i doing something wrong or is it the wrong one

I keep trying it and still nothing... am I using a wrong one? ARRRGGGHHHH I just reprogamed my GSR to make sure the directions were working and still nothing

I dunno what to tell you. Maybe the circuit or the receiver itself is faulty? What happened to your original remotes? Check if there's actually a receiver?

thats what I was thinking... how do I check if its faulty/even if I have one? when I bought the car, the dealer said they werent given in when the car was traded in. Second time this **** has happened.
The receiver would be behind where the Start button is. Check fuses while you're at it. If not, I have a spare receiver laying around here somewhere.
