i currently have a 05 s2. the right seems to go futher then the left one. but i use to have 01 s2 and it was the same way. At first i thought thats the car had been in and accident since i did buy it used. But my new one has the same issue. There for i was wondering if any had the same issue?.

 

this is done on purpose. the left side is set lower so you do not blind oncoming traffic. it has to do with US regulations

 

oh i see. thats makes perfect sense. so i guess i wont be calling the dealer yet.

 

don't bother. if you want reassurance, go up to a wall and turn on your headlights. take a pic for me and post it. i will tell you if something is wrong

I'm glad to hear this. I took my S2K to the dealer about the same thing and each time I noticed that the right side was higher. Each time the mechanic said that they were okay, but he did go through the adjustment. I too thought that mine might have been in an accident. Glad to see that this is normal.

 

on that note, i have to adjust mine. my left is higher than my right after clearing the headlights
