Future AP1 Owner
Hello all!
New here, and wanted to say hello. I will be picking up a Suzuka Blue AP1 here in about a month to compliment my WRX. It's a 2002, so I get a glass rear window
I've always wanted an S2000, but could never justify having one as a primary car. Fortunately now, I'm able to "add it to the fleet". I love that the car is so perfect in it's stock form, there isn't a whole lot I have planned for it.
Eventually, I'd like to do a good intake. I'll probably go with the K&N coupled with the AUT cooling panel, or something similar. No plans for exhaust or other engine mods. For suspension and wheels, I plan on remaining stock for now. I will eventually probably install Konis and Swift springs when the factory stuff is up for replacement. I like the stock wheels, so I'll rock those for now. I'm not into "hellaflush" or "stance", so any aftermarket wheels will be for the sole purpose of fitting more meet for more grip. I'd rather not modify the fenders, so they won't be overly aggressive.
I'll post some pics once I get the car. I'm very excited about it, and becoming part of the Honda/S2000 community!

Thanks for the warm welcome buddy.
Where exactly should I post my S2000 intro then?
EDIT: NVM, just noticed that. I swear I read through the stickies a couple times. I guess reading > me. None the less, thanks for the welcome

Oh I agree. I don't know how I missed that, but like I said, reading > me sometimes. To illustrate my point, I accidentally booked my brother on the wrong flight earlier today. He showed up to the airport, and the plane left like 2 hours before. I guess I'm just off today.

Congrats on getting an s2000, or almost. They are great cars.
My advice if I were you I'd save the money that your going to put to get an intake.. They don't really make power on these cars. Not much of a point IMO unless you couple it with an exhaust/header/vafc tune or something along those lines.
