I'm sure J's Racing is sorry that they disappointed you. Their canards aren't made for looks.

In all seriousness...
...like mentioned above. If you're talking autocross events with SCCA, there is no benefit to be had from front canards apart from possibly the weight reduction to your wallet.

You are kidding yourself if you think you can compare your street car to a time attack car or to any race car for that matter.
How do you even know you want more downforce? They are probably using these aerodynamic aids to balance the car out. What data have you gathered to know what you have an unbalanced aero setup? Have you been in a wind tunnel lately or on track for that matter?
Bottom line is, a street driven S2000 already has plenty of mechanical grip suitable for any track i know of and your driving talent is far less than the cars limit. If you were an experienced driver you wouldn't be asking questions like this. A $300 set of carbon fiber winglets isnt going to make you better or faster. Only experience will.
If your strictly concerned about looking fast, then by all means do it.
However, youre better off getting a baffled oil pan, r comps, and track pads. Thats all you need to go fast in an s2k if your talent matches the car.

your not done crying yet .... you obviously didnt read the whole thing....the time attack car they did the studies with was a stock engine *keep reading* and just start looking into it...i found a whole bunch of info...that brings me to another thing...all i really wanted to know is who made front canards for the S....and your right i never done any circuit racing (never said i did) and saying i dont know how to drive...i didnt know you were watching but if that your thing...well whatever
