they made sign this paper that said that i was suppose to have my license plate on.
That plus i already got a ticket for not having it before.
And yes white ones are the fastest haha.

Im assuming that psd mean photoshop document.i
i tried postind another one but i wont let me. I wont even let me do it on my avatar. it said the file needs to 25000 bites.

Wow! I had to sign no such thing in CA. I did get a fix-it-ticket though, which has already been signed off and unfixed...

i dont know why they made me do it. But its a hassel to be going there form that.
But i wonder how many times i could be busted for not having the plate before they wont write it off?
