Default Factory Alarm Problems - Help!

I have a 2000 s2000 with 83k. I changed my stock radio to an aftermarket radio bought at best buy in December. It wasnt until last night Im driving home and the EPS on the dash starts blinking. then I tried to turn into my house and there was no power steering and the car turned off. I tried turning the car back on and the alarm starts going off and the engine doesnt even turn. I do not have the remote for the alarm since the previous owner did not have it. I disconnected the battery all night and tried this morning and nothing. is there some way to disconnect the alarm? or by pass it somehow so I can at least turn my car on? any help is greatly appreciated.

do you have any exposed wires? it just seems random that it would do that. Check your grounding wires and test the alternator.
