Default Alarm messed up car?

Okay, I tried searching, but unfortunatly I did not come up with anything significant, as I believe my situation is somewhere unique. I have a 2000 civic ex, the other day I started it up, got about 100 feet from my house and the alarm in the car started going off. I pushed the button to turn it off, and nothing happened, so i pulled over and shut the car off, then attempted to turn the alarm off. The alarm would not turn off, and now the car was failing to start up again, I had no power what so ever. Coming from underneath the dash, the relays were going ape ****, clicking like crazy, and my emergancy lights were flashing as well. So I pushed it back to my house, cut the wires going to the alarm so it would shut the hell up, and pulled alarm wires through the firewall (originally thought it was an alarm problem, now I'm just lost) and followed them to 3 fuses underneath the dash. I replaced all the fuses, 2 15 amp fuses, and one 10 amp, and holy **** what do you know, the car starts right up, I thought I was golden. However, this morning I go get in my car, put the key in, and nothing happens, exact same thing as before, except now the relays in the car arent clicking, battery is good, just replaced it and all the power stuff works. I ripped the alarm out so i dont know... I thought it was those fuses but the whole thing is a huge mess, any help would be amazing. Thanks guys!

it sounds like a bad ground. and it couldve caused the alarm problems too. check all the grounding points including the battery terminal, the one on the water neck is another likely problem. pull that one off and clean it with a wire brush then bolt it back down.

I'm not familiar with the starter kill, is it just the ground on the starter?

The only thing I know, is on the alarm box or bell, or whatever you want to call it, that I took off the firewall under the hood looks like it says DEI on it. Ring any bells?
